Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Our Return Policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Log into your account and go to "Order History"
 - Select the item(s) you wish to return
 - Print the return label that is generated
 - Package the item securely with the original packaging
 - Attach the return label to the package
 - Drop off at any shipping location
 
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
 - In the original packaging
 - Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
 
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Personal care items
 - Gift cards
 - Downloadable software products
 - Some health and personal care items
 
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for items that are defective or incorrect. For other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
